breathtaking views, stunning architecture, excellent spa facilities
Cleaning standards require significant improvement!!! Poor communication among staff can lead to confusion and delayed service. Additionally, the loudness in rooms due to paper-thin walls disrupts the peaceful experience you'd expect from a resort!!!

Amazing views and comfy stay!
Spent 3 nights in a fab spot with stunning mountain views. Rooms were huge and had all the tech, like auto curtains and lots of plugs. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The spa was a major highlight! Too bad the restaurant was a bit pricey and could be better for what you get.

Where it excels and where it fails
Stunning views of mountains and exceptional dining make for a memorable stay,, as do the well-maintained spa facilities. The hiking trails surrounding the hotel add an adventurous touch!
Service efficiency needs attention. long waits for basic requests can detract from the experience. Also, the hot temperatures in the room hamper restful sleep, impacting overall comfort.

Breathtaking Views with Room for Improvement
The stunning vistas of the Beagle Channel made our stay unforgettable. Service was attentive, though the dining options left much to be desired—particularly for vegetarians. For a better meal experience, I'd suggest venturing into town. The room was comfortable and peaceful, perfect for a solo retreat.

Beautiful hotel, stunning views, and the included shuttle service to the town made my stay very enjoyable, especially the delicious breakfast that lasted until 11:00.
Everything was exactly right.

Perfect for a group escape
The infinity pool was a game changer! relaxing after a long day, especially with that view. Plus, breakfast was amazing, omlettes made to order are hard to beat!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but overall still acceptable given the experience.

The breakfast spread was a delightful treasure, especially the fresh fruit salads that danced with flavor! The infinity pool is pure bliss, and the overall atmosphere is cozy yet luxurious, perfectly complementing the stunning views over the Beagle Channel.
While the hotel shines, it leans on the pricey side. If you're adventuring around all day, the location can feel a bit isolated. Also, some more breakfast options wouldn't hurt, and let's be real, for over $400 a night, a TV with Netflix should be standard.

Amazing trip with friends! We explored beautiful trails in the Cerro Alarkén Nature Reserve, including some fantastic guided walks. The hotel has great facilities, an awesome breakfast, and stunning views. Make sure to utilize the free shuttle to the city, just plan your bags accordingly.
Check-in was slow. I had to wait in line for a long time, which was frustrating after traveling all day.
